Quattro Turbo

We have provided experienced service to the Quattro Turbo owner since the 1980's from performance upgrades and general servicing to restorations. We still see a high number of these vehicles returning year after year, and we keep a stock of new and used parts on-site.

Servicing

On older vehicles the service schedules are 6000 miles for the lubrication service (oil service) and 12000 for the major service. On later vehicles the service schedules are 10000 for the lubrication service and 20000 for the major service. We cater for and comply with both these schedules. On the latest vehicles (2000 onwards) Audi have decided to use "long-life" service intervals. We have found that that this is not beneficial to the vehicle as the increased time between services causes filters to block and reduces efficiency. In our experience air filters are typically blocked and the engine is not performing with the efficiency that normal service intervals give. We recommend to our customers that they use 10000 mile service intervals on these later models and we can alter your service interval indicator to the 10000 interval period. Even though this gains an extra service in every 30000 miles we can still save you money on the dealer servicing cost and we guarantee you will notice the difference. However we recognise that some customers will want to follow the long-life schedule, and which may be required by a warranty period, and we also offer long-life servicing at very competitive prices compared to dealer costs.

Lubrication Service

Our 6000 and 10000 mile lubrication service covers the following:

Replace engine oil and filter
Fluids checked and replenished - coolant, screenwash, brake fluid, power-steering fluid, etc
Lubrication - door hinges, bonnet catches, etc
Check and adjust tyre pressures
Safety check and defects listing - includes light check, tyre condition, etc

Major Service

Our 12000 and 20000 mile major service covers the following main points in addition to numerous lesser tasks. We perform an exhaustive service which we feel clearly surpasses dealer servicing and covers many items not offered by a major service at a main dealer:

Replace engine oil and filter
Replace air filter
Replace pollen filter
Replace fuel filter - fuel system flush added for diesel vehicles
Replace spark plugs
Fluids checked and replenished - coolant, screenwash, brake fluid, power-steering fluid, etc
Full suspension check
Wheels removed and brakes inspected - full inspection of braking system, adjustments made where required
Diagnostic check - or for older vehicles tune, check and adjust
Lubrication - door hinges, bonnet catches, etc
Check and adjust tyre pressures
Safety check and defects listing - includes light check, tyre condition, etc
